Fernando is Argentine and Spanish, with more than 15 years of experience in the field of international consulting. He currently lives in Quito, Ecuador, from where he manages the operations of the firm for Iberoamérica.
Master in Business Innovation Management by the University of Barcelona (UB). Information Systems Engineer by the National Technological University of Argentina (UTN). Diploma in Project Management from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (ITBA), Argentina. Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute - PMI - of the United States, since 2009.
He has developed his professional experience in major and complex projects in different industries, at international levels; namely: banking and finance, government, consultancy, services, oil & gas, among others; helping organizations to achieve their performance targets by his experience in in strategic management and businesses development.
He is currently an advisor for several companies and investment groups, working very closely with their Boards of Directors and Executive Committees.
Fernando leads the firm, along with Managers, Advisors and Associated Professionals.
Mariano Menéndez, Business Manager - LATAM & Spain
Mariano is Argentine and currently lives in Spain. Consultant, international lecturer, coach and writer. His academic formation was realized in Argentina and it is about: Sales, Marketing, Communication, Leadership and Coaching.
He advised in Argentina to more than 30 clients such as: Grupo Arcor, Mondelez, Sancor, Nestlé, Pierre Fabre, Genomma, Roemmers, among others.
Expert in leadership and leadership of high performance teams; Market Analysis and Strategic Marketing. Author of the books "Leadership and Business Strategy", "New Age Leaders" and "High Performance Teams" (2016).
Mariano is a Business Manager of the Firm within his areas of expertise.
